Our packing cubes, toiletry bag and laundry bag are made from durable, tear-resistant polyester. Simply close the zippers and put the items into a washing machine on a delicate cycle wash.
To make a warranty claim, contact us through our website and provide either a copy of your purchase receipt or a copy of your order confirmation email. This will allow us to verify that your warranty period is still valid.
We may accept other documents such as bank statements, if the items are clearly stated or a warranty card that has been stamped and dated at the time of purchase by the retailer and includes full details of your product. We are unable to consider warranty claims without one of the above.

- Matching products, or items purchased as a set
- Combination lock issues caused by incorrect use or forcing the lock open

Best neck pillow I've ever had. When I fly, it's usually on trips that are longer than 6 hours and this pillow really does the trick! It holds your head upright in a very comfortable way. Some people may find it constricting, depending on neck size, but I will never use another pillow. It also rolls up very conveniently into a bag. I hang mine off my backpack so that makes it much more sanitary for me.

I purchased this for my 12 year old son after issues with a different brand and I must say I tried it and it is one of the best I have found. It is soft and comfortable and is not to tight its just perfect. My son was able to sleep comfortably in the car with it and even kept it on when he was not sleeping.

I used my new neck pillow and to say that was the best sleep I ever had on a flight is an understatement ( I never usually fall asleep)
